The Girona 009 community is located on Enric Marquès i Ribalta street in Girona, in a vibrant residential area that is currently undergoing exciting development. The homes have been designed with the goal of being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the aim is to provide a pleasant and comfortable living space for the residents, thereby improving their quality of life.
Girona 009 is a rectangular-shaped building that is oriented to capture breezes from all directions. This building accommodates 33 homes, a commercial space, and 35 parking spaces in the underground floor with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
