El Prat 011 is a project promoted by the Workers’ Housing Cooperative of El Prat (COV). Omplim is handling the integral management of this real estate development consisting of 101 affordable rental homes on Avinguda 11 de Setembre in El Prat de Llobregat.
COV is a housing cooperative with over 55 years of history, providing access to decent housing for working families in El Prat. They have played a crucial role in overcoming the challenges of housing accessibility. Today, COV continues to offer services and support to its more than 1000 members.
COV aims to address the challenging issue of housing accessibility for many families by constructing affordable rental homes in a stable, cooperative, and community-oriented manner. The cooperative has obtained the transfer of a public plot of land measuring 3,300m², which allows for a total building area of 9,860m² (with a maximum capacity of 101 homes). And this is where Omplim comes into the picture. Our goal is to promote inclusive, sustainable, and high-quality housing.
