Why did you decide to buy your property with Omplim?

I mainly made the decision because the price of the property offered seemed reasonable, not at all expensive for the area. And also, because now I have my home closer to work.

Now that you’ve been living in it for a few months, what do you value most about your property?

The energy savings that Omplim promised me have been fulfilled.

Which aspects of your property have given you a great deal of comfort as well as energy savings? How were you able to appreciate this?

Thanks to the aerothermics I’ve noticed that I pay between 30 and 40% less for my energy bills compared to where I lived before in Barcelona.

What do you value most about working with Omplim? And its relational model between the main parties that carry out the projects?

Working with Omplim makes you feel very comfortable, as the transparency of its principles, its way of working, gives you the peace of mind of knowing that we’re going in the right direction, that we’re speaking the same language. In terms of their relational model between the different parties involved in a project and a development, I value how they encourage freedom of expression, an open dialogue, and the space they give us to breathe and act.

How do you think Omplim differs from other players in the sector?

I think the difference lies in the initial point of view, which is different. The involvement and the belief in what you want, where you want to get to and how, while respecting the work of each participant.

What I value most in the people who form part of Omplim is honesty, professionalism, and the empathy to work as a team. Three characteristics that are difficult to find together in other players in the real estate sector and, unfortunately, in many other business sectors.
